Responsibilities:
– Connect with customers by phone, email, and written correspondence to discuss and resolve outstanding balances
– Use your French and English language skills daily when speaking with customers and working with internal teams
– Work with customers to set up realistic and compliant payment arrangements
– Keep account details up to date by accurately documenting interactions and actions taken

Requirements:
– Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
– At least 2 years of banking or financial industry experience
– Collections or Accounts Receivable experience is preferred
– Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer-first mindset
– Comfort using collections tools, systems, and standard computer applications
