Customer Service / Order Coordinator (Printing Industry)

Growing printing company looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Coordinator to support sales and production teams. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and staying organized, and have flexographic experience, that’s a big plus!

Location: Scarborough, ON
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Scale: $20-$25 (based on experience)

What You’ll Do
Enter and manage customer orders accurately
Coordinate jobs from pricing and artwork through production and delivery
Keep customers in the loop on order status
Answer questions and help resolve any order issues
Support the sales team and keep records organized
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of customer service, admin, or office experience
Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
Detail-oriented with solid organizational and data entry skills
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to juggle deadlines
Comfortable with phone, email, and office systems (flexographic printing experience is a bonus)
