Bilingual French CSR – Financial

We are hiring French / English Bilingual Customer Service Representatives in the North York area of Toronto! This is an upcoming full time long term job opportunity in the financial industry!

Responsibilities:
– Guide customers through the loan application process with step-by-step assistance
– Respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to follow up with prospects who haven’t completed their application
– Answer questions related to eligibility, loan status, and next steps
– Direct customers to local retail branches for in-person support when needed
– Identify opportunities to introduce additional services based on customer needs

Requirements:
– Must be able to pass a criminal background check
– Must have able to pass a credit check
– Must be fluent in both French and English
– Able to navigate CRM systems and multitask on a computer
– Previous customer service experience

We are looking for candidates who are available to work any five (5) days per week on a rotational schedule within the following hours:
– Monday to Friday 8am to 11pm
– Saturday 8am to 8pm
– Sunday 9am to 6pm
