The number of COVID cases are on the rise again!

As part of controlling and preventing transmission at work and home we have assembled all the most recent COVID health measures, updated the Active Screening Questionnaire and below you will find information on when to test and isolate.

  2. REFRESH POSTERS AND POST AROUND
  3. OBTAIN RAPID ANTIGEN TESTS FREE FOR YOUR WORKSITE
  4. KNOW THE NEW PARAMETERS OF WHEN TO TEST AND SELF ISOLATE
  5. REFILL ALL SANITIZER STATIONS, REMINDERS FOR MASK WEARING

The COVID-19 self-assessment was updated on December 1st, 2021   – this update includes vaccination symptoms and Rapid Antigen Testing and updated questions to consider side effects that may happen in the 48 hours after getting a vaccine.

 

Here is the updated visitor and staff sign in sheet. Please note that this has been updated to include vaccination related symptoms specifically headaches, fatigue and muscle aches/pains that are “not related to getting a COVID-19 vaccine in the last 48 hours”. As per our process, we are following the guidance of according to the Ontario Self Assessment online: COVID-19 self-assessment – Last updated: December 01, 2021.
