Welder / Fitter – Structural Steel

We are looking for a MIG Welder / Fitter with lots of fitting experience to join our team! You will be working with structural steel – your work is very important!

Experience
– At least 3 years of MIG welding and fitting experience
– Experience in a heavy steel fabrication/machining/assembly environment
– Capable of reading & interpreting shop drawings and weld diagrams
– Strong attention to detail and quality of work
– Ability to handle physical workload

Pay:
– $27-30/hour
– Weekly pay every Friday

Shift:
– Day shift
– Afternoon shift
– Rotating shifts

Responsibilities
– Weld and fit components together using MIG welding
– Read & interpret shop drawings and weld diagrams to ensure accuracy of work
– Use hand tools, torches and other tools as required to complete work
