Welder / Fitter – Aluminum

Our client, a Canadian company that makes structural steel and other components for the construction industry, is looking for a Welder / Fitter with experience working with aluminum. A welding ticket is an asset but not required.

Role/Responsibilities
– Operate basic hand tools, advanced machinery, cranes as trained by the company.
– Welding and fitting responsibilities.
– Stack, lift, paint, organize and count items.
– Maintain and pass CWB welding certification standards
– Read drawings, and apply welding and fitting knowledge as per structural designs.

All applicants must have some welding experience and be able to work rotating day and afternoon shifts. The pay rate for this position is $23-25/hour, based on experience.
