What you will be doing:
– Communicating in both French and English with customers – both verbally and through e-mail
– Outbound calls conveying information regarding overdue accounts, and to promote timely payments of accounts
– Review customer account statuses and modify based on payment activities
– Follow up on and resolve customer claims
– Process authorized customer credit notes and payments
– Build and maintain strong lines of communication and working relationships both internally and externally

What we are looking for:
– Fluent in both French and English
– Minimum high school graduation required (OSSD, or equivalent)
– Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar collections or banking role
– Must be able to pass a criminal record check
