Must live in the GTA and be able to work in office as required.

Our Financial Customer Service & Collections Representatives handle inbound and outbound customer interactions while maintaining a strong focus on providing exceptional customer service, sensitivity, and urgency.

We have a permanent full-time opportunity in North York and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating hours of:
– Monday to Friday – 7:00am to 11:00pm EST
– Saturdays – 8:00am to 6:00pm EST
– Sunday – 1:00pm to 8:00pm EST

Requirements/ Exigences:
– Must speak French/ Doit parler français
– Must have collections or banking
– Quiet workspace at home with high speed internet/ Espace de travail calme à la maison avec Internet a haute vitesse
