What’s in it for you?
Monday – Friday schedule
Day shifts – 8:30 am – 5pm
Pay rate – $24/hr
Paid weekly – We pay every Friday!
Job Details:
– Create freight bill of ladings
– Process orders, forms, applications, requests, updating forms & reports
– Manage customers’ accounts
– Obtain, evaluate and handle all relevant information to resolve inquiries and complaints promptly
– Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource
– Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
– Follow up on customer interactions
– Providing B2B customer support
– Willing to work occasional extended hours during peak periods
