Sharon is the Regional Manager for our Hamilton–Burlington region. She began her journey with ABL as a front-line staffing consultant, became one of our very first Area Managers, and now proudly serves as a Regional Manager.
Throughout her career, Sharon has distinguished herself through her strong problem-solving abilities and her knack for moving swiftly and efficiently from challenge to solution. She combines genuine care for assignment employees with a deep understanding of client needs, enabling her to build productive, lasting partnerships that benefit both sides.
Sharon works closely with client companies to design strategic attraction and retention campaigns that deliver results in a fast-changing market. Internally, she leads her team with clarity, collaboration, and a solutions-focused mindset, empowering them to respond effectively to complex situations and achieve high performance across the region.
