Window and Glass Assembly Line Associate

Position Details:

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Pay: $19/hour

Location: Mississauga (Highway 401/Dixie)

Type: Full-time, temp-to-perm

What You’ll Be Doing:
Assembling aluminum frames for residential and commercial windows
Measuring and cutting glass panes accurately
Drilling and preparing frames for hardware
Performing quality checks on finished products
Repetitive but light lifting
Keeping your workstation clean and organized
Following health and safety protocols

What We’re Looking For:
Comfortable using hand and power tools (drills, tape measures, etc.)
Able to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs
Attention to detail and willingness to learn
Experience in assembly, construction, or manufacturing is a strong asset-but we’re happy to train motivated candidates!
