Must be 18 years or older with a valid SIN to work in Canada. Candidates must be eligible to work 40+ hours per week and able to provide a clear police record check.

We are hiring Warehouse Associates for a growing logistics and distribution team in Burlington. This is a hybrid role involving both order picking and operation of material handling equipment (MHE).

Location: Burlington, ON

Pay: $19.05/hour + 4% vacation pay (paid weekly)

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8-hour day shifts (start times vary between 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities:
– Order picking, packaging, and kitting of products.
– Operating forklifts: Counterbalance, Raymond Reach, and Walkie.
– Unloading, sorting, labeling, packing, and shipping.
– Performing cycle counts and inventory checks.
– Using RF scanners and working with warehouse management systems.
– General computer use for tracking and processing orders.

Requirements:
– Previous experience with order picking, packaging, and forklift operation.
– Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs.
– Experience using RF scanners and working in warehouse environments.
– Must be comfortable working in a temperature-regulated cooler environment.
– Must be comfortable working at heights (shelving units up to 25 ft).
