Production Supervisor
Our client is a growing injection molding company within the packaging industry. This position is an addition to their team, signifying their continued growth.

Immediate Vacancy

$75K to $85K with benefits upon start!
RRSP match upon completion of 3-month probationary period.
Quarterly bonus upon completion of 3-month probationary period.
2 weeks vacation
weekly Wednesday staff lunch
team events and outings
Continental Shift 7 am to 7 pm & 7 pm to 7 am; 2 week rotation

Your experience brings
– 2 to 3 years Production Supervisor experience focused on daily work flow based on production needs
– strong ability to train, lead and develop a team of 30+ employees
– safety minded with a preventative mindset
– experience in 5S and Lean Manufacturing
– Counterbalance forklift and crane experience an asset
– MS Dynamics, Excel

Monitor the smooth and timely flow of production to ensure a quality product is delivered to the customer.
Maintain a high level of plant, machine, and personnel safety under GMP and SOP guidelines
Manage, train, and develop a productive, efficient, and competent Molding Production Team to achieve scheduled requirements in a safe, team-based environment
Establish and ensure the achievement of performance targets
Report and communicate results, incidents, and issues in a concise and timely manner
Lead operations in Continuous Improvement initiatives, such as 5S and Lean Manufacturing
Follow and comply with proprietary management system
