Pricing & Audit Clerk

We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized Pricing and Audit Clerk to join our client’s finance team. This position is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and auditing freight bills based on approved pricing. The ideal candidate will have a background in logistics or distribution, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage time effectively.

Responsibilities:
– Review freight bills and compare them to system accruals for approval
– Investigate discrepancies and make necessary adjustments before invoicing
– Serve as a liaison between the company and customers to ensure timely and accurate audits
– Maintain organized documentation for annual audits
– Perform other related duties as required

Requirements:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Previous experience in logistics, distribution, or a similar field
– Strong customer service skills and ability to respond to inquiries effectively
– Analytical mindset with good problem-solving and decision-making skills
– Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
