What You’ll Be Doing
Planting, watering, feeding, and monitoring cannabis plants
Pruning, defoliating, trellising, and general crop maintenance
Supporting irrigation, lighting, airflow, and environmental controls
Identifying and reporting pest, disease, or nutrient concerns
Following sanitation and compliance standards to ensure product quality
Assisting cultivation teams through various stages of the plant lifecycle

What We’re Looking For
Must be 19 years of age or older
Experience in cannabis cultivation, greenhouse operations, horticulture, hydroponics, indoor farming, agriculture, nursery operations, landscaping, or other plant-care environments
Passion for working with plants and learning cultivation techniques
Knowledge of plant health, irrigation, nutrition, and pest management is an asset
Comfortable working in a controlled indoor growing environment with strict sanitation standards
Experience in a licensed cannabis facility and familiarity with GPP/GMP standards is considered an asset but not required

Schedule
Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Compensation
$18.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience
Weekly pay every Friday
