We are seeking motivated Cannabis Cultivation Technicians to join a professional growing team and support the daily care of cannabis plants from propagation through harvest.
This is a great opportunity for individuals with cannabis cultivation, greenhouse, nursery, farming, hydroponics, landscaping, or horticulture experience who enjoy hands-on work and take pride in producing high-quality crops.

What You’ll Be Doing
– Planting, watering, feeding, and monitoring cannabis plants
– Pruning, defoliating, trellising, and general crop maintenance
– Supporting irrigation, lighting, airflow, and environmental controls
– Identifying and reporting pest, disease, or nutrient concerns
– Following sanitation and compliance standards to ensure product quality
– Assisting cultivation teams through various stages of the plant lifecycle
What We’re Looking For
– Must be 19 years of age or older
– Experience in cannabis cultivation, greenhouse operations, horticulture, hydroponics, indoor farming, agriculture, nursery operations, landscaping, or other plant-care environments
– Passion for working with plants and learning cultivation techniques
– Knowledge of plant health, irrigation, nutrition, and pest management is an asset
– Comfortable working in a controlled indoor growing environment with strict sanitation standards
– Experience in a licensed cannabis facility and familiarity with GPP/GMP standards is considered an asset but not required
Schedule
– Monday to Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
Compensation
– $18.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience
– Weekly pay every Friday
