New Opportuninity in Guelph, ON!
Seeking a Parts Coordinator for a leading Canadian provider of commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment supplying restaurants, bakeries, cafes, and hotels with durable, heavy-duty appliances and supplies.
What you’ll be doing:
Responsible for receiving and organizing small parts (1-2 lbs)
Will manage a separate parts department within the warehouse ideally in the future
Acts as key support to Rodrigo (“right-hand” role)
Uses Purolator and other shipping methods
Ships limited SKUs (approx. 5 – 10 products/day to technicians)

Full Time: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay rate: $20-$24/hour (based on experience)
Whay you bring:
Strong organization and self-management skills
Patient and able to adapt to new processes
Inventory control experience preferred
Parts/service experience an asset (refrigeration knowledge a bonus)
Comfortable using Excel and Google Sheets
Able to operate forklift, no license required
Own vehicle (limited transit access in Guelph)
