Microbiology Production Technician – Entry Level

We’re looking for motivated, detail-oriented individuals with a background in biological sciences to join our production team. No prior industry experience is required – full training will be provided.
This role is a great fit for students or graduates in biology, microbiology, biotechnology, or related fields who are comfortable working in a clean, sterile lab environment and enjoy hands-on work.

What You’ll Do
– Prepare, sterilize, and maintain lab media, reagents, and supplies
– Assist with routine biofertilizer production tasks
– Follow aseptic techniques to prevent contamination
– Operate and clean lab equipment such as flasks, incubators, shakers, autoclaves, and biosafety cabinets
– Maintain accurate records and documentation
– Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs (20 kg)
– Dispose of biological and chemical waste safely
– Help keep the lab clean, safe, and organized

What We’re Looking For
– Education or coursework in biological sciences preferred
– No certifications required
– Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
– Comfortable working in a sterile, contamination-controlled environment
– Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs

Work Environment
– Sterile, aseptic laboratory setting
– Working with microbial cultures
– PPE provided and required (lab coat, gloves, safety glasses, etc.)
