We are looking for a Manual Screen Printer to join a well-established custom printing facility in Scarborough. In this role, you will produce high quality printed garments and products by manually operating screen printing equipment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, consistent, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare screens, inks, and materials for printing
Set up and operate manual screen printing presses
Align and register screens accurately for each job
Print designs onto a variety of substrates (t-shirts, hoodies, bags, and more)
Monitor print quality and adjust press settings as needed
Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of screens and equipment
Follow production schedules to meet deadlines
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Skills & Qualifications:
Previous screen printing experience preferred (manual printing experience a plus)
Strong attention to detail and quality control
Ability to learn and follow production procedures
Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to moderate weights
Good communication and teamwork skills
Willingness to follow safety protocols
