Monday to Friday 8am-430pm

Requirements
– Degree in Human Resources and/or related field of study
– CHRP designation preferred
– Minimum 2+ years of HR and benefits administration experience.
– Maintains current, up-to-date knowledge of legislative changes, employment law, and related professional education.
– Strong HRIS and reporting experience.
– Possesses valid Class G driver’s license and ability to travel to other local facilities.
Responsibilities
– Advise managers with finding practical solutions to diverse HR issues while maintaining employee confidentiality.
– Ensures employee personnel files are complete, current, filed appropriately and secure.
– Responds to employee HR inquiries in a timely manner.
– Sources strong pool of high quality candidates for hiring managers, represents organization at job fairs.
– Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion.
– Assist employees with benefits enrollment, changes, and inquiries
– Coordinates in-house training as needed, maintains employee training records on LMS
– Coordinate employee appreciation events and initiatives to boost morale and engagement
– Communicates and assists with implementation of human resource and occupational health and safety strategies, policies, procedures, and practices.
– Maintains both hard and digital copies of employee records.
