French Bilingual Financial Agent – Remote

We are hiring French-bilingual financial / collections agents for a work from home role! These upcoming positions are with a great company and you will be working as part of a supportive team!

This call centre operates 9am-9am Monday to Friday and Saturdays 10am-7pm, rotating shifts 5 days per week.

This is a direct-hire position with our client! That means you will be on their payroll from day one! This position offers health benefits and dental after 1 year! This position offers major opportunities for growth!

Pay Rate:
– $23/hr

Responsibilities:
– Contact customers by phone, email, and written correspondence to collect outstanding balances
– Communicate fluently in both French and English with customers and internal teams
– Negotiate payment arrangements in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
– Maintain accurate and detailed account notes and update customer information in the system

Qualifications:
– Fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
– At least 2 years of banking industry experience
– Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and communication skills
– Proficiency with collections software and basic computer applications

You will be required to go to the office in London or Barrie in order to pick up your equipped after accepting the role and before your start date.
