We’re seeking enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our part-time event team, primarily on weekends, in Charlottetown. As a vital part of our crew, you’ll assist in setting up and breaking down various events, ensuring everything runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up chairs, tables, decor, and signage according to event specifications
Greet and direct guests to seating and facilities
Distribute food and beverages during events
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness throughout the event
Assist with event breakdown and cleanup after the event concludes
Ideal Candidates Will Have:
Strong physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work varied hours, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends
Reliable transportation to event locations
