Electrical, I&C Engineer

Responsibilities:
– Design and implement control, instrumentation, and safety systems
– Lead automation projects from design through commissioning
– Develop and revise electrical schematics, panel layouts, and P&IDs
– Specify field instrumentation and control components
– Support installation, field testing, and troubleshooting activities
– Collaborate across disciplines to integrate control systems efficiently
– Mentor junior team members and ensure compliance with industry standards

Qualifications:
– 8+ years of experience in automation engineering
– Proficient in PLC, HMI, SCADA systems (Rockwell Automation preferred)
– Strong AutoCAD skills and control system documentation experience
– Willing to travel 30-50% across North America
– Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication abilities
