Key Responsibilities:
– a CSR role that encompasses customer service, logistics & inside sales responsibilities
– person will be supporting the traders
– entering POs
– coordinating pick up & delivery of the product
– prepare & provide customs documentation
– creating invoices
– doing ‘spot deals’ ie freight rates & costings
Key attributes you bring:
– go with the flow; high energy & being able to stay productive during slower times
– fast learner -questions are ok, just not the same ones over and over
– willing to wear many hats & assist where needed
– MS Office intermediate skills; knowledge of MS Dynamics is an asset
