Customer Service Representative

Our client, a leading manufacturer in the window and door industry, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the key liaison between the company and its customers, ensuring exceptional service and smooth communication.

Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming customer calls and emails promptly and professionally
– Assist customers with product inquiries, order placement, and issue resolution
– Utilize phone etiquette to ensure positive customer interactions
– Perform data entry to update customer information accurately
– Provide information on upgrades and options
– Communicate effectively with customers to ensure their needs are met
– Analyze customer feedback to improve services

Qualifications:
– Strong customer service experience in manufacturing environment
– Some knowledge about windows or doors for commercial and residential buildings
– Excellent communication skills in English
– Proficiency in data entry and computer systems
– Ability to analyze information and provide appropriate solutions
