Combi Forklift Operator NEW

We are hiring an experienced Combi Forklift Operator in Newmarket! This is a full time, long term position! This is a Canadian company that has been in business for over 20 years! Great company culture & a dynamic team environment!

Work a convenient day shift! Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:00pm!

Duties include:
– Operate a Combi (multi-directional) forklift to transport long and heavy structural steel throughout the facility
– Safely load and unload steel from racks, fabrication areas, and staging zones
– Maneuver oversized materials in tight indoor spaces while maintaining control and visibility
– Ensure proper load securement, balance, and weight distribution at all times

Pay Rate:
– $24-26/hour, based on experience
– Weekly pay every Friday

Requirements:
– Valid forklift operator certification
– Experience operating a Combi / multi-directional forklift
– Strong experience in a steel manufacturing environment
– Strong understanding of load dynamics and handling long materials
– Physically capable of working in an industrial environment (lifting, standing, navigating shop floor)
