What does this program offer?
Your current pay rate on the Warehouse Crew is $15 per hour, and for these upcoming warehouse weekend shifts, you will be paid at $16/hour, until December 31st, 2020.
This is IN ADDITION to the COVID CARE DOLLARS PROGRAM 2.0 – where you will ALSO receive a payment equal to $1 per hour worked during the week, to a maximum of $40 weekly, via e-transfer after your weekly hours have been confirmed. The Covid Care Dollars Program 2.0 is not a pay increase, but an expense reimbursement for your hard work during these difficult times.
