Supply Chain Administrator

Join a well established, continuously growing meat production company in Georgetown! In this role
you’ll play a vital role in supporting the flow of products from suppliers to customers. Your responsibilities will primarily assist the Supply Chain Manager and assistant with data entry, liaise with other departments re: information and data, reports & include assisting in inventory management.

Immediate Vacancy
$48K to $55K depending on experience
Onsite Mon to Friday 8:30 am to 4:30 pm

Who is the successful candidate?
– comfortable working in a meat processing company
– an individual with excellent data entry and data management skills, including advanced Excel – 2+ yrs’ experience
– strong communication skills
– Supply chain management or education an asset
– process focused and attention to detail.
– someone who strives to contribute to the success of the operations.

Duties:
– ensure data is entered accurately and in a timely manner to maintain up to date information for the team
– support Manager and Supply Chain Assistant with administrative needs in a fast paced department
– excellent Excel required
– knowledge of SAP an asset
– excellent communication skills to communicate with logistics, accounting, customer service & customers
