We are hiring experienced General Labourers for a busy production facility in Barrie. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in construction who are looking for a stable, long-term opportunity in a hands-on environment.

Please Note: Candidates must have reliable transportation, as the facility is not transit accessible. This job site offers on-site parking! This is a temporary to hire job with room to grow and advance!

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist in the production of precast concrete products
– Load, unload, and move construction materials
– Support concrete forming and finishing processes
– Operate hand and power tools safely
– Perform general labour duties
– Follow all workplace health and safety regulations

Qualifications:
– Previous experience working in construction or general labour
– Comfortable performing physically demanding work (lifting up to 50 lbs)
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
– Must have own transportation (no public transit available)
