Future Opening: Shipper/Receiver

Join an established, award-winning LED display manufacturer in Oakville. We are seeking an experienced Shipper/Receiver to support daily shipping, receiving, and material handling operations.

Location: Oakville, ON

Shifts: Monday to Friday 7:00am to 3:30pm

Wage: $18.50-$20/hour (based on experience and knowledge) + 4% vacation pay is added on top. Weekly pay on Friday’s!

You will be loading/unloading, sorting and moving shipments by hand or using material handling equipment. Other duties will include but are not limited to – please note, lifting up to 50lbs will be involved:

– Load, unload, sort, and move shipments manually or using material handling equipment.
– Verify incoming shipments against purchase orders, invoices, and related documentation.
– Pack, seal, and label outgoing materials.
– Prepare shipping documents (bills of lading, arranging carriers, obtaining quotes).
– Address issues such as damaged goods, shortages, and nonconforming materials.
– Assist with crating, shrink-wrapping, and packaging tasks.
– Track shipments end-to-end and follow up to ensure successful delivery.

What You Bring
– Must live in Canada, be 18+, and have a valid SIN
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
– Forklift experience required
– Crane and gantry experience are strong assets
