Pricing Associate

Our client, a recognized leader in the transportation and logistics industry, is seeking a proactive and analytical Pricing Associate to join their growing team. This role involves close coordination with vendors, clients, and internal teams to deliver accurate pricing information, support sales initiatives, and contribute to strategic pricing decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
– Provide clients with accurate, timely rate information across multiple freight services
– Collaborate within the spot quote call center to respond to real-time pricing requests
– Support the sales team by delivering clear, detailed pricing and rating data
– Conduct competitive pricing research and assist in market rate analysis
– Contribute to the development and communication of pricing strategies, policies, and procedures
– Maintain clear and professional communication across internal and external channels
– Ensure information is well-organized and easily accessible for internal use
– Take on additional related tasks as assigned

Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in Intermodal and Over-the-Road (OTR) rating and routing for LTL and TL shipments
– In-depth knowledge of the Canadian freight industry and pricing structures
– Strong attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy
– Excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
– Strong verbal and written communication skills
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment
