With over 21 years of experience staffing industry with ABL, SarahJane brings a deep well of expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, and workforce development. As an immigrant to Canada, she is especially passionate about helping New Canadians find meaningful employment and build fulfilling lives in their new communities.
In her role as Communications Director at ABL, SarahJane leads strategic initiatives in internal communications, marketing, and staff development. She is dedicated to nurturing a workplace culture that reflects ABL’s mission of creating A Better Life for clients, candidates, and colleagues alike. Her work focuses on streamlining workflows, managing change, and mentoring emerging professionals in the staffing and recruitment field.
Outside of her leadership role, SarahJane is an author, avid reader of historical fiction & fantasy, and lifelong learner, constantly exploring new perspectives on leadership, corporate culture, and adult learning. She is particularly interested in the evolving role of technology in recruitment and employee engagement, and actively seeks innovative tools and strategies to enhance the future of work.
