Meet Hayley Yurgan

Hayley Yurgan

GTA Regional Manager, and Founder and Thought Leader of ABL Careers (an ABL Employment Company).

Hayley started as a receptionist at ABL in 2011. During her time with ABL, Hayley has worked as a staffing coordinator providing staffing for clients in Halton, Peel and GTA, as a recruiting specialist, helping to initially develop the role…as part of the after-hours team on evenings and weekends to ensure the needs of our assignment employees and clients were met even after office hours. In these various roles, she has become very familiar with the many aspects of the staffing industry including recruiting, placement, and sales.

Hayley’s knowledge and expertise is enhanced by her background and education in research, with a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Psychology from Queens University, which contributes to her solution-driven approach to staffing.

In 2016, Hayley launched ABL Careers, a division of ABL that focuses on providing temporary, temp to hire and direct hire solutions in the administrative, customer service and management space.  This division has grown across the country and Hayley is rightfully proud of her team’s commitment to finding the right fit for both the assignment employee and the client.
