As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing daily operations.
Key responsibilities
– Scheduling work activities
– Managing staff performance and development
– Ensuring quality control and development
– Establishing and maintain strong customer relations, addressing inquires and ensuring customer satisfaction
– Reviewing and managing the operational budget
– Managing inventory and procurement of materials to meet production demands
Qualifications
– 5+ years of supervisory experience in carpentry
– College degree in engineering is an asset
– Essential skills in teamwork, communication and problem-solving
– Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction documents
– Understanding of construction standards related to finished carpentry projects
– Excellent Excel skills and MS Business
