What You’ll Do
– Test juice batches (Brix, pH, acidity, Vitamin C, sensory evaluations) before release
– Perform testing on finished aseptic products for accuracy & consistency
– Conduct packaging checks, case code inspections, and peroxide/pasteurizer tests
– Assist with microbiology testing (pH, plating, environmental swabbing, water/air testing)
– Record results, report out-of-spec findings, and support the Quality Control team
Education & Experience
– Post-secondary education required; Bachelor’s in Food Science preferred
– 1-3 years’ experience in the food industry (minimum 2 years in Quality Control & Food Manufacturing)
– Knowledge of health & safety systems
– Familiarity with CFIA/FSEP audit systems and FSSC 22000 preferred (not mandatory)
– Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
– Legally permitted to work full-time in Canada
– Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, or overnight shifts

– Computer proficiency (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email)
– Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
– Strong attention to detail and accuracy
– Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
– Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
– Collaborative team player with initiative and drive
