Warehouse Associate – Shipping & Receiving

Full-Time | Warehouse, Distribution, 3PL

We’re on the lookout for a reliable, detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced team specializing in custom outerwear and apparel. If you enjoy keeping things organized, thrive in a busy warehouse, and take pride in accuracy, you’ll feel right at home here.

What You’ll Be Doing:
– Unload shipments, inspect goods, and sign off on paperwork
– Verify purchase orders against packing lists and flag discrepancies
– Sort items by size, colour, and style, ensuring inventory is labelled correctly
– Consolidate shipments and perform stock location changes as needed
– Relocate stock between bin locations and keep shelves organized
– Print and process shipping labels for outgoing orders
– Prepare outbound shipments and safely load trucks
– Operate pallet jack and cardboard compactor (we’ll train you!)
– Lift and move items up to 50 lbs
– Keep the workspace clean and organized-sweeping, garbage/recycling, and general tidying
– Jump in to support other warehouse tasks when needed

What We’re Looking For:
– Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience (bonus points if you’ve worked with UPS/FedEx)
– Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
– Comfortable with physical work and lifting
– Dependable, punctual, and a strong team player
– Availability to train on the day shift
