ABL Employment, a proudly Canadian and locally owned staffing agency, is searching for an energetic and motivated Staffing Consultant to join our Hamilton team!

Role responsibilities will include:
– Proactively identify, qualify, and engage potential clients through various channels (online, phone, and in-person) to expand our regional sales efforts.
– Develop and maintain strong relationships with client companies to ensure their staffing needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
– Account Management – Utilize problem-solving skills and strategic analysis to prioritize and manage client accounts effectively.
– Focused recruiting and interviewing
– Excellent attendance and punctuality to ensure proper office coverage – flexibility to work open and closing shifts
– Overall participation in branch and company results within a strong team environment
Must have own transportation as travelling to different offices or clients is required
