The Replenishment Supervisor leads the team responsible for delivering consistent order fulfillment and an exceptional customer experience. This role plays a critical part in coordinating between Sales, Manufacturing, and Logistics to ensure alignment of demand plans, inventory targets, and operational capabilities. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical skills with hands-on coordination and customer relationship management to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:
– Build strong customer relationships by understanding each customer’s unique ordering patterns, timelines, and service expectations.
– Manage customer orders proactively, ensuring high service levels and addressing issues or delays through clear communication.
– Analyze historical sales trends and customer forecasts to identify demand patterns, investigate variances, and adjust replenishment plans.
– Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Logistics to align inventory availability with customer demand and delivery commitments.
– Coordinate logistics by understanding regional and seasonal shipping timelines across Canada to ensure timely fulfillment.
– Communicate directly with customers when production constraints arise, including negotiating order changes to avoid penalties.
– Monitor inventory performance across a large SKU portfolio, ensuring accuracy, attention to detail, and effective use of customer ordering portals.
– Utilize Excel and reporting tools to perform forecasting, data analysis, and trend tracking, while following up proactively (calls or in-person) to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications:
– Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, inventory management, demand planning, or customer order management (manufacturing or CPG experience preferred).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret trends and large datasets.
– Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for forecasting, analysis, and trending.
– Strong customer service mindset with proven relationship-building skills.
– Solid understanding of logistics and distribution within Canada is an asset.
– Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and hands-on approach in a fast-paced environment.
– High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
