Full Time Printing Customer Service/Order Coordinator Position
Location: Scarborough, ON
Pay Scale: $20-$25 (based on experience)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 9:30 AM – 5:00 PM
This growing printing company is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service / Order Coordinator to support sales and production teams. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and staying organized, and have flexographic experience, that’s a big plus!
Requirements
– 2+ years of customer service, admin, or office experience within the printing industry
– Reliable, self-motivated, and able to juggle deadlines
– Experience with Label Traxx or similar printing ERP
– Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
– Detail-oriented with solid organizational and data entry skills
– Comfortable with phone, email, and office systems (flexographic printing experience is a bonus)
Responsibilities
– Enter and manage customer orders accurately
– Coordinate jobs from pricing and artwork through production and delivery
– Keep customers in the loop on order status
– Answer questions and help resolve any order issues
– Support the sales team and keep records organized
