Pricing Associate with Spot RFP Experience

Join an award winning global transportation company! Long term, temporary position in Mississauga.
Airport Rd and Derry Rd area. Day shift. Monday to Friday. $21.00/hour.

Spot RFP Experience is required

You bring the following:
Clean criminal background
College/University Degree or Equivalent
Experience in the transportation services industry or a similar industry
PC literate with experience in the use of Microsoft Office such as Outlook/Excel and Word, TMW, Freshdesk and BamKPI
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines caused by a high volume of work

What will you be doing?
Providing pricing answers on request to internal and external customers, while managing and maintaining the rating system.
Complete specialty rate requests, RFP
Customer Support – communicate with Sales, Operations, & Billing to clarify and confirm pricing.
Work with numbers and spreadsheets
Work with Planners to fill capacity with spot quote requests
Use company software (e.g., TMW, Excel) to enter and manage rate data
Assist in pulling historical rate data for basic analysis
Perform other related duties as assigned.
