Maintenance and Facilities Manager

Responsibilities:
– Oversee maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities across four locations
– Implement and manage preventative maintenance programs
– Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and production needs
– Ensure compliance with OHSA and maintain a safe work environment
– Manage maintenance budgets and contractor performance
– Drive continuous improvement in equipment reliability and cost efficiency
– Lead, motivate, and develop the maintenance team through regular feedback and reviews

Qualifications:
– Engineering degree or Journeyperson certification with relevant leadership training
– 5-10 years of technical trade experience and at least 3 years in a managerial role
– Strong knowledge of OHSA and building regulations
– Proven project management and organizational skills
– Proficient in Microsoft Office with strong communication and team-building abilities
