Junior Accountant for Milton & Oakville!

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Accountant to join the team. In this role, you’ll support finance with day-to-day accounting tasks, helping ensure accurate financial records and smooth operations. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants to grow their accounting career.

Location: Able to travel to both Milton & Oakville
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Pay: $28.85/Hr

What You’ll Do
Perform account reconciliations (bank, credit cards, general ledger) and prepare journal entries
Support month-end and year-end closing, budgeting, and financial reporting
Maintain accurate financial records, including data entry and organized filing systems
Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting procedures
Handle administrative, invoicing, accounts payable/receivable, and other accounting-related tasks as needed

What You Bring
Diploma or degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with 1-2 years of experience preferred
Strong understanding of accounting principles and proficiency in Excel and accounting software
High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong organizational/time management skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
Professional mindset, ability to maintain confidentiality, and flexibility to travel between Milton & Oakville
