Our client is a growing Managed IT Services provider specializing in supporting dental professionals. They deliver dependable computer support and onsite IT services to dental offices, helping clinics operate efficiently and securely. The company is known for its strong client relationships and supportive, team-focused culture.
We are seeking a hands-on IT Technician who enjoys both onsite client work and in-office support. This role offers a 50/50 split between office and field work supporting dental clinics within the region.
Immediate Hire
Salary & Schedule:
– Salary: $60,000 – $80,000
– Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM start (daily team huddle)
– Mix of in-office and onsite client visits (50/50 split)
– Travel within a 2-3 hour radius of Richmond Hill

Responsibilities:
– Provide onsite IT support to dental offices within a 2-3 hour radius of Richmond Hill
– Install, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems
– Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently during client visits
– Deliver high-quality customer service and build strong client relationships
– Document work performed and update service records
Qualifications:
– Must have experience supporting dental offices (required)
– Previous experience in IT support or field technician role
– Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
– Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly
– Excellent communication and customer service skills
– Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
