Key Responsibilities:
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to support long-term satisfaction.
– Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and product questions.
– Track and manage customer orders, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
– Collaborate with the sales team to prioritize and support urgent customer needs.
– Monitor sales activities and provide regular reporting on customer interactions.

– Assist in product launches and contribute to achieving company sales targets.
Qualifications:
– 3-5 years of experience in inside sales or as a lead customer service representative.
– Excellent communication and customer service skills.
– Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-up.
– Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other common business tools.
– Experience or knowledge of the garage/entry door industry is a plus.
