Full Time Experienced Industrial Transport Dispatcher Opening!
Must be available to work full time
Must travel by car as this location is not accessible by bus

The pay rate for this position is $27/hour, paid weekly every Friday.
Requirements
– Experience working in dispatching for industrial based Transport
– High school Diploma
– Available for full time hours
– Available for long term
Responsibilities:
-Communicate with drivers, providing pickup/delivery details and monitoring their progress.
-Plan and assign proper equipment (FTL/LTL) to optimize cost and efficiency.
-Track trailers in yards and distribution centers to ensure correct volume.
-Coordinate with Customer Service to preempt service delays or failures.
-Assist drivers with locations, directions, and job site contacts.
-Use GPS tracking to ensure proper routing and efficiency.
-Act as a liaison between drivers, freight, and dock operations for timely processing.
-Support Load Planner with key insights on shipments and route anomalies.
-Monitor driver performance, ensuring compliance with safety and hours-of-service regulations.
-Dispatch shipments efficiently, process inbound drivers, and assign dock doors.
-Maintain dispatch board, coordinate fleet maintenance, and handle emergency repairs.
-Ensure adherence to corporate security policies, file dispatch paperwork, and answer calls.
-Work occasional extended hours as needed.
