Qualifications:
– Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
– Strong communication, organizational, and active listening skills
– Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
– Flexible with shift schedules
– Detail-oriented and proficient with computers
– Experience in customer service, call center, or accounts receivable environments is an asset

Responsibilities:
– Assist and market products and services to new and existing customers
– Support payment solutions and resolve account discrepancies
– Accurately document customer interactions
– Maintain customer privacy and confidentiality
