Our client is seeking an experienced Formulator to join their mayonnaise production team. This hands-on role is responsible for batching ingredients, preparing formulations, maintaining product quality, and supporting daily production goals while providing direction to two team members.

Key Responsibilities:
– Review and execute daily production schedules.
– Batch ingredients and stage raw materials for production.
– Operate mixing and formulation equipment.
– Work with QC to monitor viscosity, pH, and product specifications.
– Ensure compliance with GMP and food safety requirements.
– Provide day-to-day guidance to two formulation room employees.
– Support new product commercialization and product line expansion.
Qualifications:
– 5+ years of food manufacturing experience, preferably in sauces, mayonnaise, emulsions, or bakery environments.
– Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, and quality standards.
– Experience with large-scale mixing and batching operations.
– Familiarity with viscosity, pH, and other product quality measurements.
– Leadership experience with the ability to guide and support team members.
– Strong attention to detail and commitment to meeting production targets.
