Full Time Experienced Logistics Fleet Dispatcher Role in Halton Hills
– Immediate Opening- On Site

Payrate $55k-$62k/ year
Benefits after 3 months

Long Term Position

Requirements
– 3-5 years’ Dispatch/Logistics coordinator experience
– Comfortable working in a food environment, including meat
– MS Excel & GPS technology experience
– GMP & CFIA experience an asset
– Able to work on a day or afternoon shift Monday to Saturday (scheduled 5 days/week)
– Strong communication skills
– Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain an asset

Responsibilities:.
– Dispatching contracts to carriers
– Track inventory
– Field and direct all incoming phone calls
– Email communication between client and vendors
– Liaison between the company and clients
– Ensure compliance to predetermined routes, customer protocols and safety procedures.
– Handle emergency pickup and delivery of orders.
– Troubleshoot and resolve any driver and customer issues.
– Confirming customs broker information.
– Saving all documents (BOLS/Customs docs/Packing lists) to the server.
– Trace and track all the shipments
– Ensuring Carriers have insurance, and an acceptable safety rating before securing.
