They are seeking a Field Service Engineer for the Greater Hamilton Area, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:
– Install, maintain, and service commercial beverage equipment.
– Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot issues on-site.
– Manage service vehicle inventory to support efficient repairs.
– Communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
– Provide technical support to sales when required.
– Assist with field testing of new products and market rollouts.
– Travel as needed to resolve service issues and support installations.
Qualifications:
– Diploma, degree, or vocational training in electrical or mechanical fields.
– Experience troubleshooting and repairing electromechanical equipment.
– Strong customer service skills with professional communication.
– Refrigeration experience and certification considered an asset.
– Proficiency in Windows and Microsoft applications.
– Highly organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented.
– Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a background check.
