Customer Service Representative

We’re hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support daily operations at a construction materials supplier. While primarily store-based, this role focuses more on order entry, inventory management, and communication via phone and email, with minimal in-person customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:
– Assist customers by phone, email, and occasionally in person
– Process orders and manage transactions using Square POS system
– Enter customer orders accurately and coordinate inventory needs
– Handle incoming supplies, restock, and help maintain stock levels
– Support general store operations and ensure smooth daily workflow

Qualifications:
– Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
– Quick thinker, takes initiative, and works well independently
– Friendly, enthusiastic, and takes pride in their work
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs is a plus, but not required
– Familiarity with POS or inventory systems is helpful, but not essential
