Concrete Mixer: Monday-Thursday

We are seeking a Mixer Operator to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately mixing concrete and mortar blends using a variety of raw materials. This is an industrial environment.

Responsibilities:
– Accurately mix concrete/aluminum formulations according to established procedures
– Measure and weigh materials using scales and measuring tools
– Operate a counterbalance forklift to position bulk bags under spouts for filling (will be FL trained onsite)
– Use hand and power tools including: brooms, shovels, manual painting equipment, power washers, air tools, drills, grinders, and shop vacuums
– Moving 55 pound bags and loading onto skids

Qualifications & Skills:
– Ability to read scales & measurements
– Comfortable working in a repetitive, fast-paced production environment
– Physically able to work in an industrial environment
– Counterbalance Forklift Experience preferred but not required

Shift Schedule:
– Training Period – Approximately 1 month: Day shift: 4:00 AM – 2:30 PM (10-hour shifts)
– Post-Training Schedule: Afternoon shift: 2:00 PM – 12:00 AM
