Cannabis Sales/Customer Service Rep NEW

Immediate opportunity for an Experienced Cannabis Inside Sales /Customer Service Rep to work for a Licensed Producer in Brantford, ON!

Previous Cannabis experience required in LP environment, budtending/dispensaries or both. This is a mid-level position only suitable for those with prior experience in the Cannabis industry.

MUST DRIVE TO LOCATION, BE BONDABLE AND ABLE TO PASS RCMP FINGERPRINTING

Extremely high attention to detail and accuracy is required. Strong base knowledge of Cannabis required: terpenes, strains, flavour profiles, cannabinoids and their desired effects etc. Must be knowledgeable on different products, THC/CBD content and percentages as you will be promoting products.

You will be the first point of contact for customers, so good telephone/email etiquite is needed. Must be comfortable using MS Suite, especially Excel for inventory tracking/management, labelling etc.

Pay: $25/hr
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm

Duties:

– Answering phones and emails as you will be the first point of contact for customers/clientele
-Promoting Cannabis products to customers/clientele based on their needs/desired results and giving thorough explanations on each product
– Understanding different container sizes (3.5g vs 7g) and translating percentages of THC/CBD i.e 210 mg/g (21%)
– Working with sales team and coordinating promotional events/products for dispensaries, following up with customers
– Printing labels, documents, reports etc with very high accuracy/ no errors (using Zebra printers), must be able to create labels from MS Word
– Using MS Excel and internal software systems for inventory and product management (training on internal software will be provided)
– Submitting weekly reports regarding production to CRA and updating products on OCS website
– Invoicing and billing support as needed
